Toilet Seat Cover Mould

1, Plastic material can be ABS,PP; Some toilet seat cover maker will add CaCo3 into PP to increase the strength of the toilet seat cover mould; Also some special toilet cover will use anti fire ABS like the Airlines toilet covers/seats;
2,Mould main steel can be 718H,DIN1.2738,NAK80;
3, Plastic toilet cover seat surface treatment: High Gloss, Rattan, Texture;
4,Mould base: LKM standard mould base or P20 or DIN1.1730;
5,Injection gate: Valve gate, hot runner direct core turned to edge gate for toilet cover mould, or hot runner direct core in the center of cover if allowed. And hot runner turned to edge gate or submarine gate or banana gate for the toilet seat moulds;
6,Suitable injection machine: If the thickness is around 3mm, DAKUMAR 330 ton servo power injection machine; If with thicker thickness, the injectio machine clamping force will be 500 ton -650 ton;
7,Injection Molding Process: If the toilet cover /seat with thicker thickness or with the partial thicker thickness ,gas assist injection molding technology will be used on the moulds, like toliet seat with thicker strengthening ribs or the airlines special toilet seat/cover, gas assist molding technique can solve the curl problems well;
8,Toilet seat cover mould design points: Injection gate locations; water channels designs(thickner thickness, PP material, high gloss surface, RHCM molding technique will be used on the mold water cooling system); Moldflow analysis; gas channels design if need gas assisted molding;
