Painting Bucket Mold Info: Bucket mold steel is 718H, with fast heating/cooling BeCu core head and rid insert, one cavity mold with hot runner valve gate, DME standard parts, YUDO hot runner; Lid mold steel is 718H, two cavity with YUDO hot runner runner.
2, IML robot info: with interchangeable fixtures for buckets and lid, which is very convenient if customer want IML molding on painting bucket and lid. Italy standard IML robot with labels collection, servo motor system, with sensitive sensors, can response smartly and rapidly.
