How to make sure that the air conditioner fan mold with balanced ejection?
The key point for the air conditioner fan mould is we need very even injection points to keep the blade moulds' plastic filling are in the same pressure and same distances.  In the same time, we have to know that the moulding area's different temperature will caused the filling not even. This will cause the fan blade parts'gravity point will not in the center, so when the blade turning, there are ugly noise. 

We know how to make even injection and cooling effects on the moulding areas are the same to make sure the fans come out from the molds will be balance, and the fans will run quietly or lower noisy, The material of fans can be PP, ABS, HIPS, PA 6+25%GF,AS+25%GF, the mold steel for core and cavity can be S136, NAK80, DIN.12738, DIN.12344 according to the fan's material and fan's applications.
