At the early years, there are not much mold makers who can manufacture pallet molds, because the mold is with larger size, there is limit on the mold tooling machines, many customers bought pallet molds with the cost of 350,000 USD or even more from Taiwan, Japan or European markets. Adding up the injection machine cost, not every customer who can afford this production line. So, the normal ways to one company order pallet molds and put the molds to another factory who owned the big injection machine, or use a samller injection machine for half pallet then weld together to get a complete pallet.
